The Soil Association
I went on a research trip with The Soil Association and a group of young aspiring farmers, over a weekend we visited a number of non-organic farms around Kent. I spoke to young people, farmers and employees of The Soil Association and explored the reasons why young people are interested in farming and the challenges they face.
